"This letter of thanks has been late in coming but fourteen months later we are just as happy, if not more so, with the results of all your hard work.

What initially appealed to us with regard to your services was the idea of a complete turnkey service. We had a lot on our plates at the time and were very thankful of the fact that once plans had been discussed and deposits exchanged, that was more or less the end of our involvement until being handed the keys some three or four weeks later.

All staff were polite and punctual and even though our project took place over the winter months, very few delays were experienced and none that influenced the completion date.

All snags, of which we only experienced one (shakes on a few lengths of cladding) were dealt with promptly. This was very reassuring as having spent a reasonable sum of money one wants the structure to look it's best at all times. The timber has now weathered in nicely and has a light grey appearance which lessons the structures visual impact on the main house.
I would like to think that we will be able to use you again on a couple of garden projects in the not too distant future. In the meantime should you wish to show an example of your work. We would be very happy for any potential customers to come and look at what you have achieved for ourselves."
