This concept started when we were repeatedly asked for Oak frame structures to create outdoor cooking areas and the Cheshire CookHouse design was born.

 

Our cookhouses are usually partially enclosed and feature Oak trusses in the gable ends. There is the option to enclose the gable end with a contemporary glass panel although this is entirely at your discretion. Some customers choose to paint the interior weatherboard for a very funky look. Add barbeques, ovens, wine and beer coolers or even a pizza oven, the choice is all yours as to how far you go!

 

Our Oak frame cookhouses are made from substantial constructional grade Oak timbers to create the posts and beams featuring knee braces with pegged mortice and tenon joints. All Oak timbers are exposed giving a lovely natural look.
