A Cheshire Oak Structures Oak Frame Cookhouse can be used all year round

Now winter has well and truly arrived we wanted to show how versatile Cheshire Oak Structure’s outdoor living designs can be and how they can be used throughout the year, even in the British winter time.

This bespoke Oak Cookhouse was designed to join the house into the garden, creating an outdoor cooking, entertainment and living area. Some of the photos are from summer time and show how the Oak structure blends the house into the garden area, with flower beds and steps leading from the Oak building into the garden to create a fabulous space.

Our customer has used the Oak Cookhouse all year round. As you can see, they made full use of the Oak building through the winter months having a great time over Christmas and New Year, celebrating with family in their Oak frame Cookhouse. With a Christmas tree, decorations and lights they ate, drank, danced and relaxed afterwards in the Oak frame design.

The photos show some of the bespoke finishes our customer selected including tongue and groove boarding under the ceiling. You may also be able to spot the windows along the ridge of the roof to let in both day light and the atmosphere from the night sky. The traditionally crafted Oak beams and Oak knee braces, shown in the photos, are features in all our designs with the Oak trusses often being used in this style of Oak frame design.

The lighting chosen by our customer highlights the features on the Oak structure and creates a warm and welcoming area. With the outdoor cooking stove, fire pit, seating and dining areas to enjoy all throughout the year, we hope you agree it is a stunning Oak Structure and wonderful addition to the property.

This Oak Cookhouse is definitely being thoroughly enjoyed and has already created many happy memories regardless of what season it is in the UK.
