Cheshire Oak Structures – Celebrating 20 Years of Quality Oak Frame Building Excellence
Cheshire Oak Structures turned twenty back in August 2026.
Well, we have come a long way since building our own 3 x bay oak framed garage and having so much interest in it.
This is what started the business 20 years ago, we chose a brand/company name and advertised locally in Cheshire. We picked up two jobs from one customer in Tilston, refurbishing a timber art studio and converting a concrete block stable into a decent looking oak post and timber clad stable.

Our first full on Oak framed building was a 3 x bay structure, 2 open bays for car parking and an enclosed bay for gardening equipment & golf club storage. This has become a favourite design for lots of our customers.

Over the last twenty years Cheshire Oak Structures have continued to specialise in the design, supply and construction of quality Oak frame buildings, being one of the few companies who offer the full service package and manage the process from start to finish.
We must thank all of our customers, some returning customers who have had two or three or more buildings from us and all of the team that have made our twenty years possible. These include our in-house sales, marketing, accounts, build scheduling, design, our oak frame workshop, joinery workshop and our teams out on site, joiners, groundworkers, roofers and scaffolders.
Since the company was set up, the Oak Buildings we have designed range from standard Oak garages to bespoke multi-bay garages, offices, workshops, stables, cookhouses, gazebos, summerhouses, home gyms, pool rooms. The design and construction capabilities of Oak frames are versatile and flexible.
