Covid-19 Update - How We Are Operating

COVID-19 UPDATE

Here at Cheshire Oak Structures Ltd the safety of our customers, colleagues and suppliers is of the utmost importance.

We would like to reassure you we are following the Government’s advice and have put in place measures to operate safely and responsibly as Covid-19 continues.

How we are working

We have taken on the advice from health experts and the government to ensure our staff and clients remain safe and are following the available official guidance.

On site and in our Workshops

Our team of craftsmen who are on site work mostly outside, in the same small teams, at a distance, routinely use PPE such as gloves, so contact is low. Our teams have on site hand washing facilities, santizier, dedicated toilet facilities, there is no need for close contact with clients. We discuss safety before starting on site and if a client has any concerns we encourage a discussion and find a solution.

Office Team

We have a small office team and operating a policy of social distancing, with desks being at a distance and team members working from home. Again, hand washing facilities and sanitizer are always available. The office and equipment is routinely and thoroughly cleaned.

Client Visits

All client visits involve using the social distance guidelines. Visits are outside and a 2m distance is maintained. Our team use hand washing or santizer before and after each meeting. We do not shake hands at the moment.

We can offer online meetings and consultations through Skype, Zoom, Whats App (or other systems) if this is what a client would prefer.

We recognise the situation changes often, particularly in connection with self isolation and travel, we will continue to adapt and follow the guidelines.
